Flexibility is paramount throughout our production process. All of the machinery we use has been specified with the view of adaptability for small or large-scale batch production. This allows us to offer a uniquely flexible and commercial approach to MOQs which are quoted on a product-by-product basis. We work with clients on an order-by-order basis to advise optimum batch sizes and filling runs to maximise cash flow.
Contrary to popular belief, production is not just a case of following a recipe, it is understanding exactly how materials behave in all manner of different circumstances. This comes only from years of experience and working closely with the Innovation and Creativity (I&C) team on bespoke product development. Both departments have personnel on secondment on the other to ensure this knowledge base is being improved and built upon day-by-day, week by week.
Our cosmetic manufacturing and filling facilities can also accommodate the cosmetic production of formulae that have not been developed by our Innovation and Creativity team. For contract manufacturing, we would require a full PIF for the Jarvis team to review to ensure we can manufacture, fill, and achieve costs within your budget.
Production Lead Times
All cosmetic products and extracts are specifically made to order and lead times are quoted at the time of ordering and confirmed via an official order confirmation. Raw materials are bought in on an ‘as needed’ basis to maximise shelf life and efficacy, whilst good planning, forward thinking, and clear communication, minimise delays.
