As one of the first points of contact for new clients, Lucia builds strong, honest relationships from the very start. She ensures every client stays informed about progress of their product development and manufacturing and is always ready to assist with various questions—going above and beyond to make every client feel heard and valued.

Her most memorable milestone was celebrating Jarvis’s 50-year anniversary last summer, made especially meaningful by having the company’s Founders present.

If you could master any skill overnight, what would it be and why?
- Meditation, to promote self-care and wellness.
What three items would you want with you if stranded on a desert island?
- Dark chocolate, hot water bottle & Ben Fogle.
If you could have lunch with anyone (past or present), who would you choose and what would you eat?
- My late father—”I have so much to share with him.”
- We would enjoy seabass and scallops with new potatoes and green vegetables, followed by Crème Brulée.
What’s your favourite way to recharge after a busy week?
- Pottering in the garden and spending time with family and friends.
