This August was a special month for us; we pushed that commitment even further by successfully achieving two globally recognised certifications: ISO 13485:2016 – Medical Devices and ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems.
Gaining these certifications was far from an easy journey. It required months of preparation, thorough auditing, and the complete dedication of every department across Jarvis. From Management and Production to Quality Control, I&C and Customer Service teams, everyone played a crucial role in demonstrating that our processes meet the most stringent international standards. This achievement truly reflects the resilience, hard work, and dedication of our entire team.
